Shipping Methods:

  • We offer free ground shipping via trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Delivery time may vary based on your location but typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the continental US.

Shipping to Non-Continental US:

  • Alaska and Hawaii: We currently do not offer free ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates to these locations will be calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary.
  • PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses at this time.
  • Other U.S. Territories: Shipping to other U.S. territories (like Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) may incur additional fees. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States. Rainley will update you when we expand internationally.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day or next-day shipping) are available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and location.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order directly on the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Rainley is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
